How to play Real Estate Tycoon
- Tap an empty lot to build. Cheaper properties pay back quickly; bigger ones pay more over time.
- Tap the coins above a building to collect rent, or hire a manager to do it for you.
- Tap a building to upgrade it. Buildings change look at level milestones.
- Finish missions for bonuses. When you are ready, sell the city for stars and start again with a permanent boost.
About the game
Real Estate Tycoon lets you grow a tiny island town into a glittering isometric skyline. You build eight kinds of property, tap the coins that float above them to collect rent, and upgrade buildings as your income grows.
It is an idle game: hire managers and your town keeps earning while you are away, up to eight hours of offline income. When the city is big enough you can sell it for stars that make the next town earn more.
Tips
- Buy managers early; they pay for themselves quickly and also earn offline.
- Watch for the bonus blimp that drifts over the town and tap it for a cash boost.
- Progress saves automatically in your browser.
